Purse Switching Made Easy

Recently I was at my mother-in-law's house and we were getting ready to leave for dinner when she asked us to wait a moment while she switched her purse. I know how long the process takes me, so I returned to my seat to give her the amount of time I thought it would take to switch her purse. Before I could get comfortable, she was ready to go. That's when I learned a very good trick.

So how did she do it?

If you enjoy large purses like I do, all you need is a make-up sized bag. All of the loose content you would normally put in your purse will go inside the make-up bag. Then you place the bag inside your purse. It's like having a purse within a purse. Whenever you want to switch bags, all you need to do is take the pouch and the other, minor, loose items and walla you're done. This also serves as an excellent organizer for your purse.

If you don't already have a make-up case handy that you can use. Amazon has a ton of them. I found these bags that are comparable in size to the one I use and which would be a perfect fit for any mid to large sized purse.

This is a very inexpensive bag. It can be found on Amazon for about $3.00.
This one is slightly more expensive. Amazon shows it at around $14.00. What I liked about this one is that it has pockets and dividers inside so you can organize your "purse" even better.
This is a slightly smaller bag that can fit in a smaller sized purse. It also has a beautiful design and goes for about $13.00 on Amazon.

Share photos of your newly organized purse!
