Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I love sweet and sour meatballs, but I like the flavor more sour than sweet. Here is my recipe for sweet and sour meatballs. You can adjust the flavor to your taste by adding small amounts at a time of both the chili sauce and the jelly.

  • 1 1/2 oz jars Heinz chili sauce

  • 1/2 22 oz jar concord grape jelly

  • 1 bag meatballs (about 80 in a bag)

  1. Put chili sauce and jelly in a saucepan and heat until jelly melts, stirring often. Taste and add more of either sauce if necessary.

  2. Add frozen meatballs to crock-pot.

  3. Once the sauce reaches desired consistency and taste, pour over the meatballs.

  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
